The Caldwell Data Center Action Team is a non-partisan grassroots organization born from a critical realization: multiple data centers are breaking ground in Caldwell County, with more on the way.

Our mission is to analyze and educate the community on the potential impacts to ensure residents aren't left in the dark. We are pushing for total transparency and maximum community protection from our Caldwell County government, and we also recognize that current Texas law limits local regulatory power.

We urgently need updated legislation to protect our communities from rising utility rates, environmental risks, and the massive strain these facilities place on our water and power grids.
